Screen printing to remove static electricity

Static hazards:

1. PET material has adsorption, causing the machine to operate alarm. Printing cannot be continued normally and needs to be shut down.
2. When PET materials pass through the conveyor belt during operation, they cannot be transported smoothly.
3. When printing PET, dust will absorb on the surface of the product due to excessive static electricity, affecting product quality.
4. After PET is printed, the complete area will cause the product to be unable to be sorted out. The more products there are, the more uneven the layers will appear and it will be difficult to sort out.

Solution:

1. Install an electrostatic ion fan during the product passing through the conveyor belt, and first effectively eliminate the static electricity generated by friction when the product passes through the insulated conveyor belt to reduce the static value on the product.
2. Install an electrostatic ion fan when printing and sorting the product. After the product is printed and put into paper feeding, a large amount of static electricity will be generated again due to the friction inertia of the conveying, which is also the main reason for the incomplete product sorting. Installing an electrostatic ion fan above the finishing can effectively eliminate static electricity on the surface of the product and fine dust absorbed by the product due to static electricity. Reduce defective rate and improve production efficiency.
