Solution:

1. Install an electrostatic ion fan during the product passing through the conveyor belt, and first effectively eliminate the static electricity generated by friction when the product passes through the insulated conveyor belt to reduce the static value on the product.
2. Install an electrostatic ion fan when printing and sorting the product. After the product is printed and put into paper feeding, a large amount of static electricity will be generated again due to the friction inertia of the conveying, which is also the main reason for the incomplete product sorting. Installing an electrostatic ion fan above the finishing can effectively eliminate static electricity on the surface of the product and fine dust absorbed by the product due to static electricity. Reduce defective rate and improve production efficiency.
