Static hazards:

The printing process involves frequent impacts, frictions and contacts - separations, which result in almost all objects involved in the printing process being electrostatic.

1. Affect the printing quality of the product: The surface of the printing material is charged, and they will absorb paper scraps or a large amount of dust, impurities, etc. that are spread in the air, resulting in "flower spots" on the printing product, or they may be mutually repelled, causing slippage and incomplete winding.

2. Affect production safety: In severe cases, live substrates may even cause air discharge due to ultra-high potential, causing electric shock or fire. Charged inks may cause inks, solvents to catch fire, or shock staff through inks.
3. During the printing process, friction generates charge, which will cause problems such as empty, double, multiple, and inaccurate overprinting when feeding paper.； The surface of paper with static electricity is also prone to absorb some paper wool and dust, causing the print image to appear in a floral or spotted manner.

Solution:

It is recommended to install KP504A ion rod and KP506A ion rod.
