KP5004A ionic aluminum rod is a static removal device commonly used to eliminate static electricity without compressed air. It is required to be equipped with a KP4003A high voltage power supply to be used. The length can be customized according to customer's requirements.
The KP5004A ionic aluminum rod can generate a large amount of air flow with positive and negative charges, which can neutralize the charge carried on the object. When the surface of an object is negatively charged, it will attract positive charges in the air flow. When the surface of an object is positively charged, it will attract negative charges in the air flow, thereby neutralizing the static electricity on the surface of the object to achieve the purpose of eliminating static electricity.
