SMT laser coder removes static electricity

Static hazards:

Static electricity will affect the normal ink dot splitting of the laser coder and seriously affect normal operation. During the coding process, the laser coder will produce a large amount of dust due to burning the meter material. Dust particles scratch the laser machine lens. If the static electricity is too high, the dust will be absorbed on the surface of the material, affecting the coding effect.

Solution:

Install the ion rod at the location where the laser is coded. The product uses KP504A intelligent ion rod.
